These terms govern your use of ghumr.in and any purchase you make from GHUMR ("GHUMR", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.
Every order is sold to you by GHUMR, at Gokul Nagar, Indore. We are the seller of record. Products are manufactured and dispatched by our sourcing partners, but your contract is with us, and any question, return or complaint is ours to answer — not theirs.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric, measured garment dimensions and country of origin. Handworked pieces vary slightly between items; colour can also differ a little between screens and cloth.
Where we describe a craft technique — chikankari, ajrakh, bandhani, brocade weaving — we are describing the technique used, not asserting that the garment was made in the region that technique is associated with, unless the product page says the origin has been confirmed.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. The total payable, with its breakup, is shown before you pay. We accept prepaid payment only, processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.
Occasionally an item becomes unavailable after you have paid. If that happens we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund. We will never simply keep your money against an order we cannot deliver.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.
